Licensed NYS REALTOR®, autism advocate, and community volunteer — helping families across the Capital Region find not just a house, but the right home.
Families with autism — you are not alone in your home search.
Asad understands your unique needs and walks with you every step of the way.
Asad M. Butt is a licensed New York State REALTOR® based in the Capital Region, serving Albany, Latham, Colonie, Guilderland, Troy, Schenectady, and surrounding communities. He believes deeply that homeownership is one of the most powerful paths to generational wealth — and he has dedicated his career to making that path accessible to every family, especially those who face unique challenges along the way.
At the heart of everything Asad does is a profound commitment to the autism community. He is a passionate advocate for families raising children on the autism spectrum, and he understands firsthand how overwhelming the home-buying process can feel when you are also navigating therapy schedules, sensory needs, school district research, proximity to specialists, and a hundred other factors that most buyers never have to think about. Asad takes the time to listen — truly listen — and he helps families find homes where their children can thrive.
Asad donates 80% of his income to nonprofits supporting autism research and family services. He volunteers his time mentoring caregivers, participating in community awareness events, and working with organizations that provide housing resources to families affected by autism spectrum disorder. He is currently President of Spectrum Arch Inc, an organization focused on creating pathways and opportunities for individuals and families touched by autism.
Beyond autism advocacy, Asad gives back broadly to his community through the Global Relief and Support Corporation, where he serves as Chairman of the Board, supporting humanitarian and relief efforts both locally and internationally.
Multilingual and deeply multicultural, Asad assists clients in English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and Pashto — bridging language barriers so every family can feel confident and informed throughout their transaction. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring art, and spending quality time with his children.
